Refund Policy

Purchases of TimelessMap credits are generally final once credits are used to generate images.

If you were charged by mistake, bought credits accidentally, or experienced a technical issue that prevented use of your purchase, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be limited to unused credits or failed purchases, subject to payment processor rules and applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
